Solar power plants
In the year 2012, the companies Sol Navitas Labin d.o.o. and Energo Sol Labin d.o.o. were incorporated with the goal of expanding the activities to producing electricity from solar energy.
About us
The company Vlastelini d.o.o. was incorporated in 2015 and is in private ownership. With the day of its incorporation the company took over business activities of the previous company Hena d.o.o., and the current main business activities are providing tourism services, agricultural services connected to catering and tourism, operating solar power plants as well as accounting and bookkeeping services.
Tourism services being provided by the company are being performed in well-equipped accommodation establishments – luxury vacation villas, characteristic for their location, authenticity, equipment, amenities and comfort. Luxury establishments are equipped in accordance with the highest technological standards while respecting the art, nature and ecological principles in order to provide the guests with an oasis of complete relaxation and pleasure.
With the construction of two solar power plants, the company has expanded its service to producing electricity from solar energy, so it could contribute to the conservation of the environment. Namely, solar power plants have no harmful by-products during the production of electric energy, which makes them completely environmentally friendly; this service therefore completely fits the goal of the company.
The company Vlastelini d.o.o. owns a catering establishment Velo Kafe, situated in one of the most beautiful squares in Labin’s old town. It consists of three floors, each of which has its separate function and together they offer a complete catering service.

Energo Sol Labin d.o.o.
The solar plant is located in the settlement of Ladenci/Batelići at the outskirts of the city of Labin. It is equipped with photovoltaic modules which generate a total power of 480 kW.
Sol Navitas Labin d.o.o.
The solar plant is located in the settlement of Dubrova, at the outskirts of the city of Labin. It is equipped with photovoltaic modules which generate a total power of 180 kW.
Velo kafe
The building Velo Kafe is located in the centre of the old town Labin at the address Titov trg 12. The history of the building begins at the start of the 19th century when the Labin’s community doctor, Mr Barilovich, built the house at the location of today’s city café. In the upcoming years, this building would become a unique institution where the Labin’s elite from that time would gather and meet.

Already the next owner of the building, Mr Negri, turned the building into a café naming it “Casino” after the association of citizens which was active during these years in Labin and the café was their regular meeting place. In 1893 Mr Negri addressed the community authorities with a plea that he be allowed to build a wooden-roofed porch for protection from the summer heat.
Catering establishment
The catering establishment Velo Kafe is located on Labin’s old town square. It is one of the biggest and most beautiful catering establishments in this area. The building was constructed at the beginning of the 19th century, but it was upgraded and reworked several times in the meantime.
In the basement are the kitchen and the tavern/restaurant with a huge fireplace. Because of the warmth of the design during the winter, a unique and intimate atmosphere is created and the enjoyment in gastronomical delicacies of international and original Istrian specialities is guaranteed.
